Trident Football Club Appoints Albert Kachinga as New Head Coach

Trident Football Club has unveiled Mr. Albert Kachinga as their new head coach, a decision that is poised to bring a wave of enthusiasm and optimism to the football community. In an official announcement on their Facebook page, Trident FC introduced Kachinga, a highly acclaimed and CAF A Licensed coach, as their new head coach effective immediately.

Kachinga, who comes to Trident FC from Prison Leopard, has penned a two-year contract with the club, marking the beginning of a new era in their coaching staff. His extensive coaching credentials and experience make him a prime candidate to steer the club to greater heights.

Accompanying Kachinga in this exciting venture is Mr. Joseph Musonda, a former 2012 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) champion with the Chipolopolo national team. Musonda, who boasts an illustrious playing career, brings a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the game to the club. His appointment as assistant coach is anticipated to be a significant asset to the team’s development.

Remaining in their current roles are Mr. Arnold Malisawa, who will continue as an assistant coach, and Mr. Isaac Shimoko, who will retain his position as the goalkeeper’s coach. However, Mr. Chongo Mwape, previously serving as the physical trainer, will now be entrusted with coaching the junior team, highlighting the club’s commitment to nurturing talent from within.

Trident Football Club’s CEO, Mvula Mangulenje, expressed his optimism about the new appointments, stating, “Trident Football Club is excited about the future under the leadership of Coach Kachinga and his coaching staff. We believe these appointments will strengthen our team and ultimately help us achieve our objectives. We wish our new head coach, the coaching staff, and all our players the very best for the upcoming matches this season. Together, we will strive for excellence on and off the field.”

Trident FC’s decision to bring in Kachinga, coupled with the wealth of experience and knowledge of Musonda, signifies a determined effort by the club to enhance its competitive edge. As the new head coach and his team embark on this journey, all eyes will be on Trident Football Club in the upcoming season.
