Every Absa employee is a Shareholder with effect from 1st September.
Today, Absa Bank Zambia announced the launch of the eKhaya Colleague Share Scheme, affirming the Bank’s commitment to its valued employees.
Through the eKhaya Colleague Share Scheme every Absa employee now has a stake in Absa Group!
Absa Bank Zambia Managing Director Mizinga Melu announced the development.
“A portion of Absa Group shareholding, valued at approximately R11.2 billion equivalent to K12.4 billion, will be allocated to employees across the continent,” said Melu.
She said Absa Zambia employees will get a cash equivalent of the offering, as Phantom Shareholders.
