The Energy Regulations Board (ERB) says it will now be conducting monthly review of the pricing cycle for fuel.
ERB Acting Public Relations Manager, Musonda Chibulu has disclosed this in a statement to the media in Lusaka.
The Board has advised fuel consumers and stakeholders that following the pronouncement made at the fuel price review on 16th December, 2021, the ERB has mitigated to the thirsty (30) day pricing cycle for petrol, Diesel and Low Sulphur Gas oil (LSGO).
In that regard, ERB has officially stated this exercise will be effective starting this month January, 2022.
He said more details of the January price review will be provided at the announcement for this month, being the first in the new cycle.
