President Hakainde Hichilema says his government has set this year to be utilized on unlocking domestic rigidities and blockers to economic development.
Speaking at the Annual Greetings of the Diplomatic Corps at State House this morning, President Hichilema says his government wants to ensure that things that slow down investment from the citizens are worked on as a way to enhance development.
He adds that government appreciates and values the work done through bilateral relations and remains open to criticism from the public and stakeholders on what issues need to be addressed and improved on whether good or bad as this will help in fostering development.
And Speaking on behalf of the Diplomatic Corps, Dean of the Diplomatic Corp, Ambassador of Palestine to Zambia Walid Hassan nodded governments effort`s in the achievements that have been made so far since it took office and the ongoing efforts in various fields especially the field of sustainable environment and good governance as well as efforts in improving people’s lives.
