Rwanda’s President Paul Kagame has opened a 2,200 environmentally friendly and fully furnished housing units across the country.
The purchasing power to access the affordable housing units costs between $15,000 to $35,000.
Reports also indicated that payment will be made in installments.
However, most of the building materials used in the building of the housing units were locally sourced.
