Striker JUSTINE SHONGA says he is ready to play for the Chipolopolo should Coach AVRAM GRANT seek his services for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The former Orlando Pirates player says he is eager to get back to donning national team colors and help the team attain its dream of qualifying to Africa Cup after missing the last three editions.
SHONGA says it is every player’s dream to play for the national team and qualify for major tournaments like World and Africa Cup.
Speaking to ZNBC News in an interview the NKWAZI football club goal poacher said he is currently fighting to get in form so that he can get to his best performance.
And with five goals to his name since making a return to the local league in 2017, SHONGA says he is settling in despite the current poor run of Nkwazi in the Super league.
The striker says he will strive to ensure that the team survives relegation.
