Energy Minister Peter Kapala has disclosed that TAZAMA pipelines limited in Ndola will be given additional responsibility of bringing in finished petroleum products like sulfur diesel.
Speaking in Ndola yesterday, Mr. Kapala said currently, TAZAMA is only used as a storage facility for petroleum products.
Mr. Kapala has disclosed that the pipeline will also be open to any other private company that may want to use it.
He has since called on TAZAMA to work in collaboration with Indeni Petroleum Refinery in terms of storing some of the petroleum products that the plant may have.
