Trident Football Club has unveiled Mr. Albert Kachinga as their new head coach, a decision that is poised to bring a wave of enthusiasm and optimism to the football community. In an official announcement on their Facebook page, Trident FC introduced Kachinga, a highly acclaimed and CAF A Licensed coach, as their new head coach effective immediately.
Kachinga, who comes to Trident FC from Prison Leopard, has penned a two-year contract with the club, marking the beginning of a new era in their coaching staff. His extensive coaching credentials and experience make him a prime candidate to steer the club to greater heights.
Accompanying Kachinga in this exciting venture is Mr. Joseph Musonda, a former 2012 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) champion with the Chipolopolo national team. Musonda, who boasts an illustrious playing career, brings a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of the game to the club. His appointment as assistant coach is anticipated to be a significant asset to the team’s development.
Remaining in their current roles are Mr. Arnold Malisawa, who will continue as an assistant coach, and Mr. Isaac Shimoko, who will retain his position as the goalkeeper’s coach. However, Mr. Chongo Mwape, previously serving as the physical trainer, will now be entrusted with coaching the junior team, highlighting the club’s commitment to nurturing talent from within.
