(Diamond TV)-Elton Mulenga famously known by his moniker Yo Maps Yo has announced that he will be releasing his second studio album this year, 2023.
The album will be called Try Again and aims to encourage people that no matter the situation you find yourself in, never give up but Try Again. The exact number of tracks has not yet been finalized but it will range from twelve to fifteen tracks with at least five international collaborations.
Prior to the release of the album, Yo Maps will have an album launch at Heroes stadium in conjunction with Kwithu Fm which they are calling Yo Maps Fill Up Heroes Stadium Try Again album launch. This launch will be on the 27th May 2023. Other parties on board are the Ministry of Youth ,Sports and Arts as well as the National Arts Association Council.
Part of the proceeds from the album launch will go toward a Music School that Yo Maps plans on building in the capital city Lusaka. He hopes the school will help other artists to make it and not struggle as he did.
More details of the launch will be shared at a later time including the details of the artist line up that will perform alongside Yo Maps.
