The Citizens Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) and Zambia National Information Service (ZANIS) have inked a new partnership to amplify CEEC’s products and services across all districts, ensuring that empowerment information reaches every corner of the nation!
During the signing ceremony in Lusaka, CEEC Director General Muwe Mungule shared that the collaboration with ZANIS will help CEEC reduce costs on publicity and allow more Zambians to access and benefit from the commission’s offerings. “Our goal is to make sure people know what the government is providing through CEEC,” Mungule emphasized, noting the Ministry of Information’s support in spreading awareness on the New Dawn administration’s empowerment programs.
ZANIS Director Loyce Saili expressed her excitement, assuring that ZANIS is prepared to bring this important information directly to the people. With plans to increase staffing next year, ZANIS is primed to deliver timely news on how CEEC funding is changing lives. “We’ll highlight all beneficiaries and make sure others know how to access these funds,” Saili stated, adding that ZANIS’s newly launched television channel will play a central role in sharing these success stories.
